I'm a bit leery of installing this DNG Converter update because it says it's only compatible with Photoshop CC. Only 9.99mo for Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom Mobile. The whole world has recently welcomed the launch of the latest version of Lightroom, which has been split into two programs. The only thing I can think of that makes any sense here is that Adobe now only provides Camera Raw updates through Adobe Photoshop of Photoshop Elements. Adobe has released Camera RAW 9 for Photoshop CC users in order to offer the same processing features available in the brand new Lightroom CC and Lightroom 6 software. The licensed product is widely used for retouching photographs and organizing them in catalogs. It is a hacked analog of the world-famous Adobe product for batch editing and photo management.

After the number version and Adobe CS, Adobe introduced CC versions which are. Once you click the download link you get a dmg image file called DNGConverter - and that's all it contains - I checked it with Pacifist. The last few versions of what is called Adobe Camera Raw on MacUpdate contain only the latest DNG Converter, not the latest Camera Raw files or plug-in.
